Return & Refund Policy

We offer returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products.

📌 Return Conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proper unboxing video is required as proof

❌ We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Used products

📦 Return Process:

  • Customer must contact us via WhatsApp/email within 3 days

  • After approval, we will arrange pickup

💰 Refund:

  • Refund will be processed after product inspection

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI within 5–7 days

🚫 Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order
